Hong Kong Companies (HK)
- Please give us your preferred name to submit for approval. It will take five working days to complete the incorporation.
- Please note that the minimum requirement for a HK company is one director and one shareholder. They can be non-HK resident or corporation. A secretary is also required and must be ordinary resided in HK. If the same person is acting as the sole director and sole shareholder, the sole director cannot serve as the company secretary.
- All HK companies must have a registered office in Hong Kong.
- After formation, each company is obliged to submit annual return to the Government and pay for business registration fee annually.
- Financial statements should be prepared if the company has conduct business.
- Annual reports or a financial statement is required to be submitted to the government.
- Annual general meeting should be held each year.
The following information is required for the establishment of a Hong Kong company :
- Intended name of the new company
- Location of Registered Address
- Registered capital (usually HK$10,000)
- The names of founder members (shareholders), address, occupation and number of shares held
- Directors' names, address, Hong Kong identity card or passport number
- Company Secretary's name, address, Hong Kong identity card or passport number
